Hi all,
Sorry about the delay, we are working on a different format for the calls, which is great.
How best can we showcase Brain based coaching so that more and more people will see that this is the way to go.
Aware of just how the brain works, therefore how it will work in the coaching process.
We are to be led by Sylvie Carter who is an executive coach in Australia.
She is new to Brain based Coaching yet sees the value of it to conventional processes.
The conventional process works much better with a Brain Based Coaching approach.
Sylvie's focus on where the SIG call will focus
"TWO SIDES TO THE EQUATION - "Interweaving Brain Based science into a sustainable coaching model?
Brain or science led coaching has been around for some years. Yet for many it remains a bit of a mystery tool.
Both new and emerging coaches may enjoy this session which aims to decode and demystify this exciting new awareness for sustainable change through coaching.
Join co host facilitators, Dr Karen Shue, specialist in brain science based in USA and Executive Coach Sylvie Carter based in Australia as they slice and dice the two sides to the equation that is science led coaching.
What is it? What does it mean? and how can a coaching process benefit from this approach?
Come and explore a 'life like' corporate case study and a working coaching model designed for sustainable change.
Questions and comments welcome prior to and during this interactive exploratory session.'"
The session will be recorded in two ways and accessable via ICF site and MP3 download.
Look forward to catching up with you on the SIG
