We are at Chapter 7 on Conscious Parenting and I believe that this chapter focuses on tools to assist coaches as well as how to parent.
To understand the brain and how the learning processes work is critical in parenting and Coaching alike.

Austin, Thanks for letting me join the group tonight. I so enjoyed the discussion and debrief of the book even without reading it. Beth has a talent for this! Since my coaching space is in the corporate realm, my brain is connecting the "pre-birth or post-reality" perceptions clients have in their head of what 'work' should be and how that inhibits their actual experience.
