I have recently become part of the Brain Based Coaching SIG because Isaw it fulfilling the next part of my coaching journey.
The 16 October Sig will look at:
A. for a short moment my journey to this moment. (Hopefully you may contemplate your journey to this moment).
B. How I see Brain Based Coaching working in coaching.
C. An interactive process where we share how we use Brain BasedCoaching in our coaching process.
I have listened to David Rock and Jeffrey Schwartz and am aware that they are brilliant. However, until I do something with it, it is all head stuff. It does not have a practical application.I am aware also that they go beyond the theoretical, so it may be that we do need to do the "how does it work for us " trip.
My awareness for this SIG call is that we spend 10 mins on my journey.15 mins on the significance of the journey in it's overviewthe rest of the time in how we do Brain based coaching in ourpractices.I see this as a very interactive session.
